Slow Cooker Philly Cheese Steak Dip
Ingredients

3 cup bite-size strips orange, red, and/or yellow sweet peppers

3 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (8 oz.)

8 - 10 ounce sliced deli roast beef

1 ½ cup bite-size pieces onion

12 ounce American cheese slices, torn

1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese, cut up

2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Milk (optional)

Hoagie buns, split, cut into 2-inch pieces, and toasted
Directions

In a 4-qt. slow cooker combine first nine ingredients (through crushed red pepper). Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or high 2 1/2 to 3 hours, stirring once halfway through.

Serve immediately or keep warm, covered, on warm or low up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. If necessary, stir in a little milk to reach desired consistency. Serve with hoagie buns.
