4 fresh blackberries

½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger

½ teaspoon honey

½ cup brewed jasmine tea, cooled

Lemon wedge

Sparkling water, chilled

Additional blackberries and/or sliced fresh ginger (optional)
Directions

In a tall glass muddle blackberries, grated fresh ginger, and honey. Top with tea and squeeze of lemon. Finish with sparking water and, if desired, garnish with additional blackberries and/or sliced ginger.
